Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

10/10 Excellent
"We had to extend our stay by two nights due to Hurricane Lala. The staff was very accommodating and took care of their guests during a power outage. They went door to door handing out flashlights and checking on everyone. They kept the hotel restaurant open for take-away dinners (cash only) and had the buffet breakfast ready the next morning (the power came back on in the middle of the night). We felt very safe and cared for during a challenging time for the island. We highly recommend this hotel."

Island Goode's - Luxury Adults Only Accommodation

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect place to stay for a couples getaway if youโ€™re visiting The Big Island. Staff were always able to help whenever we needed them. Being greeted by Coconut Jake every morning was the perfect way to start the day. Greeting Miss Kitty in the evening after a long day of fun and adventure was a treat as well. Rooms provide all the things youโ€™d need when on vacation: beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, hair dryer, bathroom supplies, etc. I could go on about all the great things about this place, but the ratings and reviews speak for themselves. Just book it!"
