"Very nice Hotel, clean, etc. Unfortunately we had “the one” employee encounter with no common sense as are first interaction upon arrival. Down pouring rain, and while I was checking to make sure room was ready…driver waiting on vehicle was parked under check in. S"

"Parking was easy and staff was amazing. They have great wifi and ac. I also loved the different themes in each of the rooms. I would have stayed longer if i could! "

"Wonderful staff! Very close to the airport, downtown, and stadium. Room was clean. If you are traveling with anyone who has mobility issues, some rooms are located far from the lobby. There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level. We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. "

"Old run down hotel. WiFi at dialup speed. TV had just a few channels. "

"We loved everything about the room except for tiny little ants in the kitchen area but honestly that is not unusual in Hawaii. The Orchid Room (Room 6) was stunning. The bathroom and koi pond were really well done. Loved using the jacuzzi tub as the Kona rain storm started ramping up. We lost power a few times and had to pack up by flashlight in the morning but totally understand as it was a very strong storm -- strong enough to close the national park later that day. Would have loved to have stayed longer. We hope to come back some day."

"Our room had a coffee pot and filters but no coffee. No facial tissue. Limited seating other than beds. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor space had a lot to offer. "

"We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The host welcomed us very warmly and was incredibly kind and friendly. She even prepared breakfast for us in the morning, which was a very nice touch. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay."
