"The position of the hotel was very central to everything. We were able to find it easily. The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were helpful and polite."

"Beautiful hotel with a historic unique decor in a prime location. The included breakfast buffet offered a vast selection from eggs, fruits to pastries and the cappuchino was delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was unique in its decor with an antique dresser and end tables, Venetian chandeliers and built-in wooden wardrobe. The room was also fully equipped with lots of storage, a safe, mini fridge, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of a canal and gondolas. St. Mark's Square was just a short walk away and the hotel was also steps away from high-end shopping. The only negative aspect of my stay was the noise of people walking around above me which was likely due to the lack of soundproofing of the wooden floors. Otherwise a great stay!"

"We had a good stay overall and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the room itself was pleasant. There were a few drawbacks that future guests may want to consider. The location was a bit farther from the main attractions than we had anticipated, which made getting around slightly less convenient. We were also surprised that there was no restaurant attached to the hotel, meaning there was no room service or on-site dining option available. Additionally, I was traveling with my mother, who has some mobility challenges, and she found getting in and out of the bathtub difficult. We ended up needing a step stool, so I would recommend the property consider accessibility improvements or provide better information about bathroom accessibility features. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but given the price we paid, I don't think we would choose this hotel again in the future. That said, the staff and accommodations themselves were very good."

"Compared to other hotels in Venice this hotel has a contemporary style. Check in was fast, the beds were comfortable, and we very much appreciated the air-conditioning. We stayed in a family room which was small (like most hotel rooms in Venice) but very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location close to San Marc Square and a short walk from the Rialto water taxi stop. The bakery in the same building has excellent pastries and healthy lunch options. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!"
