"The Rialto bridge view from our room was incredible! The day/night view was spectacular. The area is busy but that is a given since a Rialto is one of Venice highlights. The location is great as you can literally walk everywhere from here. Will highly recommend it! "
"The staff is amazing Massimo, and Dario came through with last-minute airport transportation arrangements and were very helpful. The full breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location was convenient near San Marco square. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was noise from people in the upper floors and hallway, but overall it was a very good experience. "

All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure.
