"location was nice"

"I expected more for staying with Hilton, the bed was hard and very caved in the middle of the bed. Seemed dated for the price, fridge was hidden in the dresser wish it was more visible. The ice machine on the 14th floor was broke so I called front desk to request ice she said someone would be up to bring some but nobody ever came, by then I was asleep. Great location to the parks and I love the bus that takes you back and fourth to the park with no fee. The outdoor escalator was very broken with the doors hanging off and what appeared to be a bloody hand print at the bottom of the escalator, very weird and creepy!! Average rating. "

"Lovely location in the heart of it all. Arrived super early on my birthday and got a chance to check in early complimentary. The room and view was great extremely nice. Breakfast delicious but pricey. The gym could use more weigh lifting equipment but the pool and view from the pool was gorgeous! Enjoyed my quick 24hrs. "

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful-friendly, attentive and very helpful at check in. However I was disappointed with the room cleanliness. There was dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom needed a better cleaning."

"Very nice hotel in downtown LA close to all of the art museums and the disney concert hall. Staff were all very helpful. Lots of amenities and fun things to do. Our room and bed were nice but could have been cleaner. Overall it was a very nice stay and the service of the staff members made it even better! Would recommend this hotel for a stay with walking distance to the downtown’s attractions. "
