"Hotel is well located and generally good, however, there were a couple of annoying issues. The air conditioning was poor - rarely would the room temperature go below 24 - and on the weekend the bar is only open until 4pm which is when people usually want a drink!"

"The public restroom closed to the lobby was dirty and smelly,one of the toilets won’t flush.I told someone at the desk but nothing was done."

"Clean and comfortable. Our first room was a little noisy since this large city is very active during traffic hours. But we asked about the availability of a quieter room and were immediately given a room on the 16th floor, high above traffic and with a terrific view of the Santa Lucia park. The area was excellent with roof top bars, a grocery store and Lastarria district with street vendors and restaurants close by. The old town sites are within an easy walk. Excellent location."
