"Good experience for kids, especially if you want to access the waterpark/theme park/aquarium. Great for staying once just for the experience if you have kids. Else there are much better options in JB for the price point."

"Room was spacious, clean. Baby cot was in bad shape. Disappointed for Sheraton Brand and a new property. Worst is parking because it shares same parking with the shopping complex. Saturday on arrival we were caught in massive traffic at the parking entrance. We chose this hotel because of location, but this will be out last time to stay here. Will go back to our fav hotel Double Tree Hilton."

"very convenient as KSL mall is just next door and lots of eateries outside .lotus supermarket and food street is just basement of mall. weather rainy does not affect and large night market Monday starts 4pm till late night outside hotel all the way to grand paragon hotel as road closed for the night pasar malam."
