Overall the staff were excellent and helpful. The only disappointment was with the pool which looked a little dirty and also closed early. Breakfast was a good variety and always plenty of food

The Breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had and wouldn't eat in there again,The view round the pool is one of the best I've seen in Pattaya but,Yes there's always a but... Pigeon's poo around and in the pool Pigeons none stop around the pool,I was there for over 4 weeks and never seen anyone clean the pool

Good value Hotel
Always enjoy Seven Zea Chic in Pattaya as it is close to the action, good value for $. Rooms are modern and clean, although simply decorated. Beds are good. Great feature is a pool on roof suitable to those who like to lap swim. Seems never to be too crowded. Start have always been good. Breakfast sometimes below par.

Breakfast totall rubbish, air con not work properly,asked staff to look at it ,and maintenance guy looked at and walked away,still not working. Had persons constant ring door bell.every night. Room not cleaned 2 days.

Nice boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were helpful and apologised for the Wifi being down on our first night there. Location was good and near the beach and close to shopping area and restaurants and cafes. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff on reception on the hole could not be bothered to look up from their phones when you wished to speak to raise a point. Dispute asking numerous times for lights in bathroom and bedroom to be fixed. Took over five days. That perhaps explains why cleaner never cleaned sink surround during my stay.

Taxi rip off, hotel ok.
The hotel and room were generally good, but the pool staff were not good and the included breakfast was below average. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the room was spacious with a view of the beach. My biggest problem was when I tried to order a taxi back to Bangkok, I took a taxi from Bangkok to this hotel (booking through my hotel in Bangkok) and it cost 1500 baht. This hotel said it would cost 2,000 baht to get at taxi Back to the same hotel and could not explain to me why it cost 500 baht more, but said is was impossible to go for less. So I went on the street and the first taxi I talked to said no problem for 1500 baht, so this hotel is ripping people off for taxi fairs to Bangkok and scooping and extra 500 baht for themselves. Be warned!

I had stayed at other properties on this Soi (street) before but never at this hotel. Having passed it many time it looked to be OK. When I saw it offeredat a very reasonable rate I booked 4 nights. Check in was straight forward the staff cheerful and the public areas bright and clean. The room itself was a good size at the price point. Water pressure was good and consistent. The bed was very comfortable with no street noise. The aircon was good and quiet. I slept very well. The room was proficiently cleaned and the housekeeping staff friendly. Overall I was more thanhappywith mystay and will be back in the future.

I loved the place quite few meters from the sea and I drank my morning coffee at the starback on the beach and also from the hotel swimming pool there is a great view of the sea. Actually no food in the hotel but there almost many restaurants around you in a walk distance

Basic Hotel Near the Beach
Seven Sea is a "no frills" hotel with easy access to the Beach Road. Rooms are basic but clean, as is the hotel itself. Felt it was worth the price given the location and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions.

Roof top Pool
Friendly Staff. Nice room. Lucky to have a room at level 5 which i can view the ocean. Pool was the greatest place of all.

Breakfast not so great...a little light on. With variety. And no room service... I likes me a little room service Beds may as well have been futons on the floor..I don’t mind a hard bed but daaaamn. And lastly shower should be separated from the bathtub just waiting for an accident For the price of the room...lacking certain things other and cheaper hotels close by have already.

the place is really nice ! big room clean nice shower and the bathub on in ! thats give us a relax from long walk to the beach every morning ... the beach is close to this hotel ! 4 minutes to walk ... food is delicious we got breakfass and lunch ! good service friendly people we will definitely be back at this hotel

Very rude staff at the counter! Dirty bedsheet, there's stain on the bedsheet! Day 2, Housekeeping but never change bedsheet! Not coming back to this hotel again!

the rooms are ok with the bed facing a large glass panel facing the sea no balcony, must of the day sun penetrating to the room making it hotter than a oven ac can be powered only when you in the room the head rest back serve as table and desk with only one chair breakfeast is as loousy as they can be cause i have prepaid my stay was unable to change hotel nd from 6 days stay i only had 3 breakfeast

New hotel in a central area, well if it not then a 10 baht bus to wherever you want. Great rooftop swimming pool, nice balcony. Lovely room. Breakfast nothing more than OK. Staff in spite of what others may say were just fine.

This hotel is a post industrial-modern design. The rooms a note large , but comfortable. The weakness is the staff. Two ladies at the front desk were the only people who said hello or comunicated in my 5 day visit. Management was not to be seen.

Nice hotel with a nice pool, unfortunately they don't provide service at the pool until 10AM. The pool is on the roof and you can look out to sea, it would be nice if the pool service started at 8:00AM as many people go to the rooftop well before 10AM.

Hotel is very modern and is located just off Beach Road and the sea views from the Room and from the roof top swimming pool on Floor 8 are fantastic..Only drawback is the breakfast choice is minimal and is same menu everyday. .Also , tiny ants seen in bathroom and in the restaurant.area.which I guess is expected in Thailand during rainy season..After all , this is 3.5 star Hotel. I would recommend this hotel purely for the location and sea views from certain rooms.

Highly recommended if you want a budget stay
The staff is really friendly and helpful. Very willing to listen and help when problem arises. We are very happy to stay there. The bathroom is very spacious especially the bath tub, it is very nice. But I would suggest to have 2 key cards for 3 guests. And there is not enough electric plug in the room for phone/camera to recharge.
