"Troyes is off the tourist path but worth the visit. Hotel is centrally located but parking is difficult to reach 2 blocks away. City is charming."

"Professional greeting on arrival. We had planned to stay three nights but could only stay for one. We didn’t book a flexible tariff but the staff was able to not make an additional charge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed for breakfast and there was a good selection. Good location for Troyes old town. Be aware that parking needs to be booked in advance for a charge of £12."

"Check in was amazing, the lady who checked us in spoke amazing english which helped after a 11 hour drive. She explained everything about the hotel and the room including letting us know there was a happy hour on at the bar and discounts at some local restaurants. Room was tidy and clean, very good size to accommodate a family of 4. Bonus was that the air con was cold on a hot. Great location for us to continue our journey the next day. Thanks"

"A last-minute decision while we were on our way to Italy. The accommodation was far better than the pictures suggested. It’s a beautiful place to stay with a really amazing restaurant. Our food was exceptionally good and the outlook from the restaurant was beautiful. The welcome, the facilities, the staff, the food and the service are outstanding. We will stay again on our return in a few weeks time."
