"We were very happy with our room. It was spotless and very clean! There is a washer in the suite. We were hapoy to be able to clean our clothes before packing for our next destination. The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing. The instructions provided were good only for people driving in. "I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....
