Very impressed overall with the property and especially the staff. Everywhere you go you will always be greeted by someone with a smile . The villas are absolutely gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying at one if you can . This has been our first time traveling to Bali and it will not be our last. We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. They provided shuttles to the city center. The spa was amazing. Food was great at the restaurant too
