Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the Room was not well maintained. There is stain on carpet, safe was not working, bedsheets and towels were so dirty that we need to ask them to change The ceiling at the toilet was leaking as well.

There are small cockroaches. There were no towels placed in the room. There were stains on the furniture and sheets in the room. I had requested for the room to be cleaned, but it was not. I didn't request anything and suddenly in the middle of the night there was a knock on the door and a doorbell, very scary. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Overall, i thought the hotel is good. A number of things to watch out for: 1. There were government taxes which i had to pay at check-in. So i had to pay an extra 150 rm otherwise the would not let me check-in. Was this lastminute fault or hotel fault? Mot sure. 2. As Ixora is on the mainland, any Grab to island will

Slow check in and took so long queue. Room not ready almost 4 oclock. Had to waste time waiting @ lobby. Breakfast was so so and not worth it. Check out also had to queue for about 15-20minutes.
