"This was a great hotel to stay in. Right across from the tourist bureau where the booked tours start including the hop on hop off bus. Also very close to the pedestrian shopping mall. Easy walk from the airport tram We did not have breakfast but it smelled very good. "
"Absolutely loved our time at Mama Shelter - from the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly and helpful and the roof top bar was great. Rooms were bright and clean with plenty of space. Would recommend adding on breakfast downstairs as a highlight too."
"The room and bathroom were small but they were clean and well kept. It was only a short walk to several stores and to the tram that goes to the airport and Bordeaux city center. The young woman at the check in was very nice."

"Good location, 10-minute walk from the historical center and less than 5 minutes from the tram stop; decent breakfast, helpful personnel. On the downside, rug and upholstery need a good cleaning. All things considered, I would return to this hotel."

Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms could be bigger but good. Not all rooms have great views. Good room service. Bed is comfortable but not great"
