"I arrived an hour and a half early and staff was able to accommodate early check in at no extra cost. The hot water is AMAZING. The towels are nice and big. Desk for work was large and the chair comfortable. The hallway smelled like dog pee sometimes but other than that - it was a great stay and would definitely stay again. Oh and the complimentary pancakes were delicious!"

"Hotel is under construction. But the room was clean. Management needs to pay attention to small details. We only had 1 washcloth in our bathroom. Also, the breakfast, while nice, you were not permitted to take food to your room. You had to eat in the designated area. Signs were posted in elevator saying you would receive a $20 charge if they found food in your room from the breakfast. "

"We were very pleased with our overnight stop in Ionia and the Super 8. Check-in was quick with a friendly person, our room was clean and cold (which was welcomed because of the heat outside). The property was near the highway we were using for our trip, and the town had everything we could ask for. There is a large gas station next door, which was convenient as we arrived late and I needed Advil."
