Booked a sea facing room and view was partially blocked by trees. Spacious room with a small balcony and a indoor sit out area as well. Good do breakfast buffet and meals in the hotel. Tried a few of the restaurants at the hotel,. The deli was average, Japanese relatively expensive but the Thai restaurant was one of the better restaurants I've eaten in across all of Thailand? Room was very clean, but did not feel very safe with conventional lock and key. Rooms entrance are exposed to outside elements, there were lizards around. Amenities such as toothbrush were provided. Staff were friendly. Free airport shuttle at 6.30am was very convenient, because international terminal is not within walking distance.

Great location if you want to enjoy Phuket and avoid the Phuket traffic at the same time. Super friendly and helpful staff.

So close to the airport! Walk to the international terminal! Very beautiful hotel with a big pool, great breakfast, clean and modern and huge rooms. Nice and attentive staff. What's not to like?

The hotel staff was considerate and tried to help me find my next destination despite us not being able to effectively communicate to one another due to our language barrier

Had a pleasant 2 nights stay at the hotel, turns out i was the only guest staying there as it was off-peak season! The hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance to the international airport, 5-10 mins walk. Close to eateries nearby. Great for business travellers or holiday makers who want to stay near the airport before their flight the next day, would definitely stay again!

The hotel is well maintained and its manager Nanzy is helpful. It is 10-15 mins walk to Surin beach but the slope is very steep and you have to be ready to climb a bit... The breakfast is pretty good with croissant, egg, fruit, ham, yogurt, etc The view from common area is unbeatable with infinity pool.
