"Lovely hotel in the heart of Khao Lak centre. Very convenient for exploring outside the hotel, with town on your doorstep. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble. We stayed in a sea view suite which was clean and had plenty of space. Also managed early check in which was appreciated after travelling for 24hrs. Would stay again. Family of 4, 2 adults 2 teen boys "

"Very nice stay in a double pool villa. Efficient Check in/ Check out ( in the room), very efficient buttler trough whatsapp , room is big , clean, nice furniture, nice private pool and jacuzzi. Nice expérience ( barbecue inside villa, floatting breakfast in the villa, private yacht booking …) . 3 caviat: property is very big, you have private bike or buggy to call, beach club need to take a shuttle every 15min with 10min ride, lake or second pool not fully cleaned. All in all an excellent stay and memory."

"Stayed here twice sandwiching a trip to Kuala Lumpur. I repeat my comments from my previous review. I cannot rate this hotel to highly. It’s a beautiful setting on the beach. I think it has four swimming pools of course regardless of the facilities, the thing that makes or breaks any establishment is it staff. The people here are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The local resort of Kamala is only five minutes walk away and is a nice quiet strip of restaurants, bars and shops . No excessive noise , go go bars or being pestered . Ideal location for a family or mature people who like a bit of peace and quiet. However, if you want things a bit busier PATONG is only 15 mins away . I have been to Thailand probably 20 times over the last 40 years and this is my favourite hotel."
