"This place is HUGE. We arrived early and checked in super fast. Quickly we realized that this place is damn near abandoned. We were the ONLY guests and felt somewhat unsafe. The pool was not operational, the amnesties were unavailable and i’m assuming due to lack of guests. The reason for this was because people don’t visit the city, everyone goes towards the beach/pier. "Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change."

"The private hot springs is the highlight.Wareerek offers quiet and peace. There is a stillness to the place that is very comforting. There is nothing around resort, but there is no need to leave the resort as the whole time you would just want to either soak in the hot springs,or, enjoy the massages.The food is light, tasty and a lot to choose from.The people are very warm and accomodating.It is beautiful place and would want to visit it again."
"Prime location between 3 night markets, across from a 7-11 and vouge mall, friendly staff, clean rooms. My only downside is no fan in the bathroom but that's pretty insignificant compared to how everything else was so good. Also, Go walk to the river and charter a boat to see the cave, there's a surprise in there. "
