"I never had the opportunity to stay here as no one was available at check in. This is the first time ever there was no one at front desk to check me in and give me keys to room. I would recommend anyone thinking of staying here and arriving late to never y Use this or the other affiliated hotels. Absolutely zero customer service "

"This place was so so much better then our previous one in Ho chi Minh.. Was super impressed that we had so much space for the 3 of us... we even had a basic kitchen.. I enjoyed cooking of in the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell and they found a good hospital for us to go too, rang taxi and made sure they knew where to take us... room service was everyday, was basic.. as other reviews have said cleanliness isnt one of there top things... more to do with dusting...
