"We stayed here for 3 nights and I would highly recommend the hotel. The service was top notch and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great. Location was quite central and walking distance to all the places in the old quarters. "

"The staff in Solaria are a dream (especially Lily)! What a fantastic experience it was. No question or request was too little or too much for them and they gave us tips for our Ha Long Bay cruise. They helped organize our airport transfers; we had checked out a day before our cruise and they were happy to store our luggage while we were away (they even gave us some fruit and water for the journey to the marina). When we came back, we had a city tour and we were able to freshen up in their shower room and when I decided to get a facial, they honoured the guest spa discount event though we were technically no longer guests. Amazing! The bed was a little firm for our personal preference and they got a mattress topper for us. MIAs restaurant downstair was also fantastic! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Hanoi - it's a small boutique hotel that packs a great punch and makes you feel like VIPs. This is hands down the top, most hospitable hotel we have ever had the pleasure to experience, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hanoi. "

"Was a great stay at this hotel, all staff were so helpful & friendly especially Bertha. The managers were fabulous and told us to call if there were any issues communicating with our drivers. It’s conveniently located next to the markets & restaurants. "

"This hotel was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old quarter and only a stroll away from everything, we loved it. We were able to get connecting rooms, with a little corridor that we could lock off , so we were all together. Hanoi is a very busy place it can be quiet overwhelming, especially with young children, so to have the comfort and peace of this hotel was needed at the end of a very busy day. The manager Jimmi was very helpful - he even sent on a bag we had left behind - the other staff members were so friendly. They did not push us to book tours with them and were very helpful in suggestions for restaurants etc. The breakfast staff were lovely and the food was great - the kids loved the banana/ chocolate pancakes. Thank you to the staff once again , we really enjoyed the stay at this great little hotel. "
