"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. "The stay was perfect from start to end. I have never met such a friendly and mindful staff before. From the waiters to the receptionists - everyone deserves a huge praise. Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. We could even leave our luggage for the trip to Halong bay - even though we didn't spend another night in the hotel. Very professional staff - Thank you! Rooms are equipped well, free water bottles included. Breakfast was a good mix of vietnamese traditional dishes and western food. "
