"Fantastic hotel in a great location near the lake and old quarter. Fantastic staff, great rooms, comfortable bed and linens, very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooftop bar has great views and a long happy hour. It feels lux without the price tag. The best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in here in Hanoi."

A delicious and wide range of breakfast foods, which cater for adults and children alike. The staff are a real asset to the hotel with outstanding support, hospitality and communication from the point of booking right through to and after check out. "Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and a variety of hot choices. Room was bright and colourful and well appointed. The outstanding part of our stay was the reception staff. Jimmy, Celena and Linh were outstanding. Happy to change our room after one night to give us a quieter room. Helpful with directions and always a lovely smile. It was our first visit to Vietnam and made a strong impression. We recommend the hotel highly. The location is also great near the smaller lake and a variety of shops and restaurants. Being a smaller boutique hotel was also a good choice. "
