I’ve been an avid traveller for 40 years, stayed in plenty of top hotels, and this place is easily in my top five of all time. The surroundings look like a postcard, the place itself is beyond idyllic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great too, especially the breakfast. Very quiet, with a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside from our room...coffee-making facilities and a fridge with cold water (essential in this current heatwave)...a good choice of breakfast options, all served by Valentina, who was the perfect host.
