Awesome place Awesome Staff

The hotel is in a prime location, right next to Walmart and a couple of blocks from 5th Ave. The aircon was great, the show had hot water, they give you AlJazeer and The NFL Network if you need to watch TV in English. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy keyless entry was awesome. Will stay there again.

Hotel 770

PROS: Good hotel for the value with in-room safe and small fridge. Very clean and the location can't be beat! 5 blocks away from the beach and 5th avenue. Local, authentic vibe around the hotel. Safe and quiet area. Cons:Water pressure, need another trash can, need a table to be able to eat in the room. The front desk man does not bother to even look up at you.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. L’état des chambres est juste honteux. Les draps pas propre, pas de clim, pas d’eau chaude, de la rouille partout, du mobilier des années 90. J’avais réservé pour 3 nuits j’ai des la 1ère nuit décider de partir tellement je ne m’y sentais pas bien.

Not recommended!

The smell in our room was a mouldy stuffy smell. There were no outside windows so we couldn’t get any fresh air inside. The hotel was noisy. Everything was echoing. Not a pleasant experience at all!

La estancia estuvo bien. Es un lugar tranquilo y aunque tienes que caminar para hacer tus actividades, realmente lo disfrutas y es fácil desplazarte a pie. Lo que no me gustó fue que me pidiera mi INE y le tomará fotos ya que no me parece nada necesario y es molesto porque ni siquiera me preguntó.

사용하지도 않았는데 수건에 머리카락 등 이물이 묻어있었고, 방에 외부와 연결된 창문이 없어 빛이 전혀 들어오지 않고 환기가 안됨. 호텔에 들어가자마다 에어콘 리모컨을 준다고 하였으나 주지 않았고 며칠 뒤 더워서 다시 요청했는데도 가져다 준다고 하고 주지 않았습니다. 서비스 응대 및 청결도가 아주 별로입니다.

Bueno para una noche

El hotel esta en buenas condiciones, el mobiliario y todo se ve nuevo. Yo llegue a las 2 de la mañana y si habia quien amablemente atendio en la noche. Era un chavo y estaba solo, pero me explico muy amable todos los detalles del hotel. Muy distinto a la mañana pues sali a las 8:30am. Había 3 mujeres, 2 de ellas tenian que preguntar todo a la encargada quien parecia que te hacía un favor. Porfavor, si ponen a alguien en la recepcion que sea alguien que si desee o tenga voluntad de atender a la gente. Bien ubicado si no quieres estar tan cerca del ruido de la 5ta avenida, pero si cerca para caminar hasta ella

pésima atencion

al momento de ingresar al hotel no me respetaron mi reservación de expedia. me hicieron pagar el cuarto. posteriormente al otro dia al hacer mi check-out me cancelaron el cargo, pues mágicamente apareció mi reservación de expedia en el "sistema".

Hotel descuidado

El servicio es muy deficiente, no te dan soluciones, no tienen cobijas y solo responden no se, me dejaron un día sin agua sin poderme bañar y yo fui a una boda y justo fue ese día y no me podían dar ninguna solución, el hotel está descuidado, tiene muchos detalles que no están al 100%. No lo recomendaría, ni regresaría.
