The Hotel itself is nice! Close to the fifth avenue and the beach, so location is amazing! The only bad part is that next door there is a club so the music is very loud until late and it’s hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great!

Close to the main drag and walkable to the beach. many good restaurants in the direct neighborhood. also close to town square which has daily eveningmakets. pool is nice, tallest building in the area. not used much. nice quiet place to swim and relax.

Friendly and helpfull staff. The noise from the streets in the morning will make sleeping well an issue. The where dogs barking, rooster crows and cars honking. Not the hotels fault tho, but good to keep in mind. Location was perfect, close to everything.

The location is amazing,2 blocks down is 5th avenue where you can never be bored. Beach is also a 2 min walk. My room was clean and comfortable with no issues besides the dead batteries in the television remote. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Great location. Very close to the beach , both ADO bus stations , close to Walmart and the 5th ave. Its a place to sleep , don't expect who nows what. The rooms on the pictures look much bigger then in the reality. Staff at the front desk speaks english. Street gets noisy with music at night but hey its a Mexico. Good ,safe location.

For a budget hotel, I thought it was great. The safe was new and worked well, the shower was good, and the mini-fridge proved essential. It was an easy walk everywhere I needed to go. The best thing about it, though, was the included breakfast!! It's not at the hotel but at a restaurant just around the corner, and it was wonderful to start each day with a real Mexican breakfast - coffee and a rotating menu that was more than I expected.

This property was decent across the board. I will say that it was clean, and did have great views from the rooftop. Their pictures and description are very misleading. The beach is multiple blocks away. Easily a 15 min walk at least, thru very crowded areas. For restaurants and clubs, your only a couple blocks away. I definitely recommend parking on the rooftop parking garage, around the corner. Much cheaper than parking on the street and your car will be safe.

It was a nice hotel, could have used more hot water had to take cold showers half of the week. I also got a few drops of blood on a towel (pimple broke after showering and I didn’t noticed) and was charged 100 pesos for it. Also if you want a blanket you need to ask for one. We thought they only gave sheets and only found out the day before leaving we could ask for blankets, we did ask but seems the cleaning lady forget and therefore never got any. Staff and were friendly. The breakfast was included as indicated however it was about 2 blocks away in another building, please also know only coffee, tea, juice, toast and game are included anything else needs to be paid for.

When I arrived at the front desk the guy was using the computer, but didnt have a second to look up and greet me. He continued doing his thing for a minute or two then finally acknowledged me. To me, the first impression is super important so if it were me behind the desk I would have stopped for a second to greet the guest and tell them that I would be right with them. I would have been more than satisfied with that. It's those little gestures that make the difference. The room was small, but clean and decent looking. The bed and pillows were rather firm for my liking, but ok. I ended buying a pillow at Mega store for $15 which helped. Hotel only provided light sheets and no heavier bed cover which I found inadequate. Shower was plenty strong must say, however, there was no water on 2 separate days. Room came with a small fridge, but it only worked while you were in the room because you have to insert your room key into an electronic reader each time you enter your room which activates power. So you can't store food in it during the day when you are gone because it will go bad. That didn't make much sense. Like clockwork, a rooster next door would "cockldoodldoo" early every morning endlessly. Not to mention 2 lil dogs would bark all day and night pretty well everyday. Also, there is hostel across the street that hosts late night parties every couple of days so I recommend earplugs if you want to actually sleep. Ok, I get it, it's a party town. Won't return.
