Overall great stay! Nice hotel, friendly staff, just around the corner from 5th Ave. Convenient with a 7/11 on the corner and Starbucks a block away. However there is no elevator and with a recent knee injury and my room being on the third floor, I panicked. However the staff were amazing and carried my luggage up and then down the stairs on check out.

This place is great. Beautiful location, nice big rooms well stocked fridge, great staff. The pool is a great place to meet and chat it is walking distance to chedraui and 5th avenue. It is quiet and clean.

Just back of the famous 5th Avenue but totaly quiet room. Great cleaning. A small big pool for a great relax and talk with friends time. Nice shallow area for kids. A few minutes walk to the Great 38th street. Nice wine place at the corner ( call Off the vine) or a more local Muy Salsa. Awesome staff and Sergio, a most helpfull and friendly man. He arranged our taxi from and to the Airport with excellent drivers. Would go back fir sure.

Great location, steps away from more expensive hotels. Its private, and quiet. Few ppl walk by all day, you feel like youve reserved the whole pool area. Likely because the hotel only has a few rooms.. I counted about 12. Staff and service is great. The rooms are large, with a full kitchen, and very comfortable beds. The negatives: kitchen is not stocked with what you need, but staff did their best to provide it. Pigeons. Dont stand too close to the building edge. Roosters in the neighbourhood. Unless the price creeps up, inwould stay here again.

We recently stayed at Hotel Villas Segovia and overall, our experience was great! The hotel boasted a clean and inviting environment, with a staff that was consistently friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our needs, making it conducive for remote work during our stay. Additionally, the proximity to the beach, just two steps away, and the convenience of being only a block from 5th Avenue, added to the appeal of the location. There were just 2 points that could be improved upon. Firstly, the mattresses were not as comfortable as expected, and the refrigerator in the room did not cool efficiently, which was a slight inconvenience for storing food. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time and would consider returning in the future. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to become an even more exceptional stay!

C'est la première fois que nous sortions de la formule ''tout inclus'' au Mexique donc la première fois que nous avons réservé dans un petit hotel avec beaucoup moins d'accomodations que les gros hotels luxueux. Je suis très heureux de mon séjour au Villas Segovia. Notre chambre était une suite junior avec 2 lits double, la chambre est gigantesque. En fait c'est un appartement entier ce n'est pas une chambre. Cuisinette équipée, salle à manger à part et divan pour relaxer, dans une autre pièce séparée une très grande chambre pour les 2 lits double et une belle salle de bain. 2 unités de climatisation moderne qui assure un confort parfait et sans bruit. À 30 secondes à pied et vous êtes au coeur de la fameuse 5ième avenue, donc parfaitement situé. Choses à améliorer: il faut ajouter un micro ondes pour rendre la cuisinette plus fonctionnelle et un peu plus d'équipement. Il y a des verres, des assiettes, des ustensiles mais ça prendrait une meilleure variété comme exemple ouvre-bouteille, mitaines de four pour sortir les aliments du très pratique mini four / grille pain et autres choses utiles. Nous utilisions la cuisinette pour déjeuner et diner pour garder plus de budget pour nos soupers en ville. 2 points négatifs, près d'un quartier résidentiel et un voisin de l'hotel laisse son chien sur son balcon et jappe souvent sans surveillance et un autre voisin a un coq qui chante avant le lever du soleil. Plate mais j'ai adoré mon séjour quand même. Famille de 4, enfants adultes.

La propiedad en muy buena zona tranquila a un paso de la 5ta avenida, el apt muy bonito, limpieza impecable, lo negativo el mantenimiento a la propiedad muy escaso, reporte que a los dos minutos de entrar a ducharte se acaba el agua caliente y la regadera estaba rota y salia agua por todos lados, dijeron que lo habian checado pero la semana entera estubo igual, solo dos minutos de agua caliente, otra cosa tenia una cocina con todos los equipos y no tenia utensilios de cocina, ni una cazuela ni un sarten, solo 3 platicos de postre, 4 vasitos pequeños 2 cuchillos y dis cucharitas pequeña, no entiendo el sentido de alquilar una propiedad con cocina y no le poner nada para cocinar, la administracion debiera de hacer algo al respecto.

La atención del personal de recepción es amable y servicial, dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Las instalaciones necesitan en ciertas áreas mantenimiento como por ejemplo la regadera de la alberca no funciona; en cuanto a limpieza en habitación, dejo mucho a desear pues el día que llegamos no retiraron la basura del bote del baño y en otra ocasión no realizaron la limpieza de la misma, creo que este punto debe mejorar y mucho.

Tout était très bien durant le séjour. Par contre, nous avions laissé un paquet à la réception pour un ami qui devait passer le chercher dans les jours suivants ; le personnel à VOLÉ la majorité des biens qu’il contenait . Alerte aux voleurs, ils aussi donc très capables de vous voler dans votre chambre.
