Property has not been maintained. Had to switch rooms three times in three days. Very poor condition beds and furniture. Pools green and not maintained . Breakfast NOT included. Friendly staff but didn't speak English. Do not book here. A shame, because it was wonderful nine years ago.

Me dejaron tirado y no cumplieron la reservación tuve que enviar a todos a otro hotel y pagar de más y los de hotels.com no me quisieron acomodar en otro lado! Solo que me cancelarían la reserva. Por eso ahora los voy a demandar xq terminamos pagando de más en otro hotel

A pesar de que me cambiaron de hotel por manteniendo de este, me avisaron con mucha anticipación que me cambiarian al hotel hermano llamado Mayan Art hotel 10, las instalaciones bonitas, acojedoras, el precio accesible y la atención es muy grata. Está céntrico y llegas a la 5ta Av en coche en 5 o 9 mnts, no está tan lejos, caminando unos 20. Estacionamiento exclusivo y recepción a las 24 horas. Nada de ruido, lo recomiendo. 👌
