The property is well situated within Playa Del Carmen. Being on the the beach was amazing, having breakfast or lunch seconds from your room was great. I would definitely stay again.

Our toilet didn’t flush at all and we didn’t have washcloths the entire time. Outside of that, it was a bit clean and the staff was friendly. A little extra effort and this could be a nice place to stay.

The property was located in a great spot their cleanliness was not the greatest for the price that was paid. My grandmother suffers from itchy skin and will sometimes bleed. Instead of them switching them out as they were cleaning they turned them around.
