Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

"Everything was great , Evan check during the evening to make sure we’re was ok , help with our luggage (we had a lot) would stay there again if in Waterloo, very clean and large room wi-fi worked well. Was able to get a bus right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. "
