"My sixth time in this hotel. But this time it was loud (they said they were 100% capacity) and people were just loud and inconsiderate of the time of night. But still like the room setup. The staff is friendly but any hiccups and you’ll have to wait for the goodwill of the manager which usually will take a couple days. It’s a trade off. I like the location and the price and it’s an awesome place as long as it goes smoothly."

"Très bien situé ( près du Walmart et de la 5eme) La gare d'autobus est a un coin de rue si vous voulez prendre le bus de l'aeroport si j'avais su c'est ce que j'aurai fait... Hôtel excellent rapport qualité prix, les suites sont bien équipées même mieux que certains rbnb que j'ai loués. La piscine sur le toit un gros plus. L'entretien ménager A-1... Franchement un score presque parfait si on ne s'attend pas à un service de congiergerie à la porte."

"Everything as is pictured. The apartment is located a block away from Quinta Avenida and across from two public beach access, Mamita’s beach and 38 beach. The building is new and modern with a tulum:boho esthetic. The unity was as pictured and had strong and cold a/c and a functional bathroom with no weird smells. Our unit was a studio so it did not have a formal dining area. We did not have a view and our balcony did not have any furniture. Our view was another condo building. Also, the a/c chillers were on that side and that was the noise we heard when opening the balcony door all day and night unfortunately. However, it was tolerable and did not cause any disruption for sleep. It was annoying to not be able to hear the hustle and bustle of the city but we were mostly out when we were there. The building is surrounded by other very nice condominiums and there is an outdoor shop in the same block as the building that includes a grocery store Chaudri and other businesses such as a Mexican Resteraunt (which is very authentic and delicious) a matcha cafe and other businesses. There are also other grocery stores within 4 to 6 blocks like Soriana and Walmart. This apartment was centrally located. Thx building is also across a stadium where there are soccer tournaments and daily exercising. There is a cafe in there and other work outdoor workout equipment. Our stay was for 17 days and we felt safe walking anytime of the day. There is a lot pedestrian traffic in the area."

"We stayed in this hotel for nearly two weeks and everything about our stay was perfect. The room was modern, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our room was on Constituyentes and had a big patio with two swing chairs-perfect for relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and never crowded. Located two blocks from 5th, it is convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent-freshly prepared every morning and definitely worth the small charge. But most impressive is the staff. The front desk, the room attendants, and the waiters at breakfast (Fabian and Edwin) were amazing! Thanks for a great visit!"
