"I stayed here a few months ago and felt it offered a balance between amenities and value for my money. However, since then there were two main issues with my stay. The refrigerator did not work at all, and I had to use a separate cooler with ice every day to keep my drinks, cold. When I talk to the staff, I was told that I needed to upgrade to a better room for a cooler fridge. The fridge worked fine and I stayed in an identical room my last stay. Also hot water was lacking on two days. I could not get a hot shower no matter how often I tried. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again. It’s unfortunate. The room was cool though and clean."

"Room was clean. All the amenities were there. The staff was helpful when I temporarily lost my key. I was a little nervous about the lock being a bit loose/jiggly, but that's an easy fix. For anyone on a bit of a budget and doesn't want to do the all-inclusive route, this is a great option. Basic, but delivers what it promises. "

Estaba un poco esceptico al principio pero la verdad me ha sorprendido mucho la amabilidad de todo el staff desde seguridad y botones en la entrada hasta las recamaristas. Todos siempre han sido muy amables y atentos. Especial gracias a concierge por las exelentes amenidades que mandaron ala habitacion"
