"Staff was very attentive and courteous, room had everything we needed and whenever they did housekeeping they made sure we were well accommodated. Breakfast was delicious as well as the café in the entrance. Swimming pool/hot tubs were amazing. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again. "

"This is a female solo traveler review. A wonderful place in a great location! Lush and green, with a large, clean, cute room. There is a focus on accessibility here - in the hotel with an elevator and elevated walkways, and in the neighborhood for wheelchair access. I felt very safe on my own, even walking at night. Juan S. at the front desk spoke perfect English and gave me suggestions of where to go - the best taco place is down the street, and I walked to a huge New Year's Eve celebration. I went to Nomads, right down the street, for cheap beers and their cool, fun rooftop bar and then came back for a quiet, restful sleep.This is a perfect location in downtown for excursion companies to directly pick you up. "

"The staff are all fabulous and communication with them is incredibly easy. I recommend downloading what’s app before you arrive as that is how they communicate with guests. Check in was easy, I was given a brief tour of the property and sent a welcome message with attachments outlining all the services offered. The spa services were beautiful and relaxing and the drinks at the attached cafe are excellent. I can’t speak on the food as I was not able to eat much due to dental procedures. The outdoor spaces are clean and offer a peaceful environment. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The area is walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. "
