"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! Top Plentong Hotel Reviews

Amari Johor Bahru

10/10 Excellent

"Bad thing is the mini mirror in the toilet, make it retractable and pls change shampoo and conditioner. Even my relatives complain the about it, not even nice smelling at all, after washing so rough and horrible. Stayed for quite a few times, really like the convenience of the pickup location, clean room and bedsheets."

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johor Bahru

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented. I especially loved the welcome biscuit and drink, which was a nice touch. However, the dinner could be better. The food selection was quite limited, and there wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about it."

Novotel Johor Bahru City Centre

8/10 Good

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of front end workers or not. I believe their business is not as good as KSL Resort hotel. But I am sure their room is more cleaner than KSL Resort room. Their breakfast taste better than KSL resort hotel breakfast."
