"Breakfast & parking were both great"

"Staff were the best. Above any hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was nice. Not what I actually paid for . But it was nice so I left it go. Was hair clippings in the bathroom sink. Also hairs in the tub as well. Breakfast was good. Parking was good as well. Nice pool and hot tub. Over all nice place to stay. Did have some issues with noise. One night of our stay. When a large group of kids came in on busses. Lots of doors slamming and banging around. Loud voices. "

" Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, even inside the drawers. Most of the staff were nice, but the front desk experience was disappointing. My email address was entered incorrectly, so I did not receive any check-in or check-out information, and it was not double-checked. Based on this experience, I would not return."
