"Overall disappointing. Uncomfortable beds and rooms were not cleaned well. Noisy guests kept us awake and it took multiple calls to management for over two hours for them to do anything. Would not stay here again."

"Not one single negative thing to say about our stay. We had an unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation and decided to stay here simply due to the proximity to the airport. We were offered an upgrade to a hold room which we happily took. What a beautiful room! The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, the bathroom outstanding with its amazing jacuzzi tub, and awesome runway views. The lighting was also a great feature that you could set depending where you were and where you wanted light. We enjoy the food very much that was in the gold lounge and also enjoyed room service. Only wish we got to stay longer so we could check out the pool!"
