"All the staff were very kind and helpful. Maintenance in the rooms needed work. The blinds need updating because they are ripped and let in a lot of light. The items provided in the rooms (towels, face clothes, coffee, tea , sugar and cup) were only enough for one guest. But the staff were very kind and helpful when asked for more items."

"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet. The hotel is located in the Vancouver suburb of Collingswood. It has a lowkey vibe which was wonderful to return to after a busy day in the dynamic high energy city. If you are looking for a good budget hotel this is the one."
