The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool. The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure. There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. We'll be happily return to Ramada for our future returns to Vanuatu.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 6 nights in total and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and the pool was so wonderful to swim in. We could borrow kayaks from the resort and kayak on the river too. So much fun and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay :-)

We experienced overall a very pleasant stay in a nice location with very helpful staff throughout. Some small maintenance items such as the pool area need attention to keep up the Resorts superior standard. Be sure you are allocated a room in the blocks along the lagoon not in the rear block up higher which is not very easy to access the pool or restaurant plus it has an inferior view. Blocks three to seven would be best away from the noise of the bar. The quality and price of the meals was on par with Melbourne but expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes from ordering to receiving your meal. Thanks to the ever smiling staff.

A great room and nice enough overall but the "hike" from and to reception is a bit of a downer .... having to rely on the golf car shuttle was a bit frustrating at peak times but the drivers and staff were very cheerful

We had a great stay at Ramada. The room was clean and well equipped and was a very comfy bed. The staff were incredible, they go above and beyond to make your holiday. Buggy service to get around the resort due to the hills if you require. The food was incredible and the views are lovely. Highly recommend this resort for your stay in Port Vila.

Wonderful place to stay except for irritiating ant

Nice place to stay with great facilities. Service at the restaurants and sports bar was great as staff were very friendly and always obliging. Room is roomy and clean except for ants daily coming into the kitchen. A bit irritating! Apart from that, an enjoyed stay.

Very nice hotel, option to use a kayak on the small beach. Food was good, room was very clean. Town/shops is about a 30 min walk away. Our room was on the top floor and there is no lift so request a low floor if you don’t want to carry suitcases up stairs!

Could not fault the Ramada, it was clean, quiet, the staff were extremely friendly, the pool was just the right temperature, dining facilities excellent. The only thing I would like to see is a laundry guests could use (even if they had to pay). There was a service that the Ramada provided (charge per item - expensive).

I have nothing to say as everything was wonderful, the staff are absolutely amazing. The only issue we found was the TV remote was hard to use and the resort had issues ytv reception. Would return on any other trips to Pt Vila

Loved this resort! So remote but next to town which was great! The only way to transport to town was taxi and everything here is pricey but the resort itself was beautiful. We really didn’t need to see the other beaches because the beach there was just as beautiful. Really quiet, the gym was ok but the pool was barely used. Some staff were really nice and welcoming and some were just normal.

When we arrived, the receptionist was already outside waiting for us. The property is slightly aged, but very neat & clean. Our 2BR did not have a spec of dust and the air-con was already on when we walked in, which was nice. The pool area was nice with chairs / umbrellas. My kids & husband went kayaking, but the sea was choppy, so they came back quickly. We swam in the sea and saw lots of sea cucumbers, NOTE bring aqua shoes as the beach is very rocky and sharp for little feet. A-la-carte breakfast was great, my kids loved the pancakes & bacon, and I had the acai bowl or massive brekkie burger. Location wise, it's not walking distance to anything, will need to catch the bus for VT150 each way, to the supermarket or into town. There's a convenience store across the road, but a bit pricey. Overall a nice stay.

Great hotel for families

Great hotel especially for families and those wanting to option to be able to store their own food and drinks as it has a small kitchen. Beds are comfortable and bedding is lovely. Pull out sofa for child was quite hard but did the trick. Food at the restaurant was good (we recommend the steak!) Before we went we researched that tipping was not standard however we had a few uncomfortable exchanges with bar staff expecting a tip (we're happy to tip for great service however service at times at the bar was not amazing. There was one man in particular who working at he bar who was so lovely! We went to another hotel after and there was absolutely no expectation to tip and they even retuned change after we said not to worry about it.Beach/pool towels are scarce so i would recommend to bring your own if you can fit in your luggage. The comments about the hotel being on a cliff are valid but buggies are available and also the walk up/down isn't too bad. Also there is a small convenience store very close and a longer walk to a large supermarket (Which is amazing) and a bit further along is the markets. Overall a great hotel and would recommend and I would stay again.

Amenities, room such as availability of telephone in room on arrival, no detergent yo wash dishes or a fish cloth, Airconditioning ( noisy and not very cool) When calling drivers for tourists to take day trips ensure knowledge of drivers. Our driver had no idea, and we were following the map and he missed places when we showed him where we wanted to go. Costing in Australian dollars on Expedia was not final cost $49 charge aud for using credit card and $200 extra charged on Visa card. Inability to pay Expedia direct and therefore paying at hotel means daily rates apparently change which changes total cost and then conversion increased cost.
