Property on the edge of town with ample parking. Good service from all the staff. Comfortable rooms and excellent bathroom. Restaurant not open apart from breakfast, but the town is full of charming places to eat with lovely views. An excellent base for touring the Picos Mountains.

The hotel is ideally located for touring the Picos. Bedroom was clean tidy and standard size. There are very good bike parking facilities at rear of premises. Breakfast is good without being outstanding.

Loved the location and met the original family that owns this property. Only con: no fans for rooms, so it was pretty warm. Potes was my favorite so stop in Spain!

A fantastic hotel, just within walking distance of the beautiful town of Potes, the gateway to the Picos mountain range. Breakfast was a variety of Spanish cold meats, cheeses, cakes and bread. Cereal and fruit was also available. Self-serve teas and coffee, orange juice and water all available.

Valdecoro Hotel in Potes.
One of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited and situated in a beautiful region of Spain. No restaurant only breakfast served but the town has many restaurants to choose from and only a five minute walk away. No kettle in room but as I always travel with my own, wasn’t a problem as I do enjoy my early morning cuppa! Will definitely go back and thoroughly recommend.

Great location, clean modern hotel 2 star no chance stay in a 2 star in uk, very good for motorcycles & 5 minute walk to town be aware no parking on property in Portes so this is great. Breakfast continental but adequate & I found beds a bit firm but that’s me I suppose

This was my second stay at the Valdecoro and again I was very pleased with the stay. The rooms were very clean and modern with a good shower with lots of hot water. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and reasonably priced. The bar area was pleasant and comfortable with good wi-fi. Outside, the private car park had a covered area where motor cycles could be safely left. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Sited near the centre of Potes it is near to many restaurants and cafes.

Hotel & Room was very clean, tidy & spacious. Staff friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast was tasty. Onsite undercover safe parking for motorbike was provided. Excellent value, and would highly recommend.

Great find, easily walkable to Potes in one direction and Ojedo in the other for evening drinks and meals. Ideally situated for exploring the Picos. Clean rooms and lovely breakfast

Great located hotel
A lovely hotel, recently renovated to a high standard located on the edge of town within easy reach of the river walks & the historic old town, shops & restaurants. The hotel has a comfortable lounge area with a bar, the room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. The breakfast room was also spacious with a good selection of food & drink on offer. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Walking distance to town with choice of restaurants.Room was not large and had small window, so ventilation poor. A lot of noise from the road which was surprisingly busy… Clean and recently refurbished. Staff helpful.

6 friends on a motorcycle trip had twin rooms very big ideal location for bike tours of the area. Staff pleasant communication was quite hard at check in but we managed ok. Would recommend to any going to the area 4 nights B&B excellent

Great hotel well placed for the picos
Travelling alone I wanted somewhere close to Potes , with parking and breakfast , hotel was clean and modern, I don’t do cooked breakfast so choice was perfect for me, the hotel was very quiet as it’s really out of season at this time of year, staff were helpful although my Spanish isn’t great and they only speak a little English, Potes is a short stroll away and has fantastic restaurants Supermarket across road is very well stocked Would I return to this hotel, definitely

Reservé el hotel porque el fin de semana corrí la Panes Potes. Ya conocia el hotel de una estancia familiar en Semana Santa 2023. Es un hotel familiar, a 5 minutos del centro de Potes. Las responsables del hotel son muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar, en mi caso por ejemplo adaptaron el horario del desayuno para que pudiera llegar a la carrera.

El hotel es confortable. Llegué tras 3 días siguiendo el Camino Lebaniego, y tras recorrer ese día la distancia entre Cicera y Potes. Se nota el amor y la profesionalidad de la gente que lleva el establecimiento

Orrible la climatización
El hotel limpio y está bien de los lugares que hay que ver, orrible un otel así sin aire acondicionado, cogimos el hotel subiendo que no tenía, creíamos que no haría calor, pero fue casi orrible el calor y aún que habríamos la Ventana no refresco.

Gute Adresse für Ausflüge in die Picos de Europa
Schönes Hotel am Rand der Picos de Europa. Zimmer und schönes Bad waren beides sehr sauber (Nachteil: etwas hellhörige Bauweise). Wenn alle Hotel-Parkplätze belegt sind, gibt es 50 Meter weiter einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück. Gute Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten (Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt) im Ort. WLAN funktionierte sehr gut.
