"The location of property is everything of course it’s access to the beach but it definitely needs some upgrading for sure! My shower head thing was coming down the ceiling was puffy as if maybe there’s some leakage issues and parking! Yeah be ready to park in the overflow parking which is across the street "

"Warning: the outside doesn’t match the inside! The place looks cute and well kept from the outside but is actually dated and dirty once you open the door to your room. Stains everywhere, rust on all kitchen surfaces, no hangers, missing/broken towel bar, ripped shower curtain, etc. Next to impossible to get clean towels or housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Staff is not helpful and will lie to you about hangers being on order, housekeeping headed to your room next (but never showed up), pools are heated (they were like ice). The only positives: the bartender was very nice, the location on the beach was great, and plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck. "

"Lynn who’s the lady who helped me book my reservation was amazing, she’s the reason my children enjoyed their spring break. I would say the resort in itself can use so cleanliness all around especially with the indoor pool . The rooms can use an update as well including new carpet and curtains . The view is amazing 🤗"

"The staff was incredible. Every single one was awesome. The only issues I had and honestly I feel like we’re a big deal is that when I pulled out the sofa sleeper, under the mattress there were 8-9 chip bags, chip crumbs and a few dirty socks. Then the sheet had MULTIPLE stains and food crumbs. Which tells me housekeeping didn’t clean it properly (so what else wasn’t clean) So I had to go to the office and get all new bedding to make the bed up myself, along with cleaning under the sofa at 10:30 at night. Then one of the remotes was missing and we got it two days later and finally housekeeping was always out of bath towels so every night I had to go down and get towels. I do want to reiterate that the staff was absolutely wonderful and always tried to help despite the issues I listed. "

"Great stay. Only thing was it was cold and the hot tub didnt work. We paid amenity fees and couldnt use said amenities. "

"Absolutely disgusting. Broken entry/exit door handles. Stained sheets! Everything smelled so awful. The smoke alarm battery chirped all night. The bathroom was so gross, red splatters on the counters, dirty footprints in the shower. Lights were burned out, outlets didn't work. Cigarette burns all over the balcony plastic chairs. The pool was murky. We stayed one night, we arrived late. After the first hour or so we knew had to leave and talked to the front desk. They said the manager would refund the rest of our stay if we left by 11:00 AM the following day. We checked out at 10:00 AM and the manager was promised to call us to confirm the refund. The manager never called. I called the front desk over and over and the manager was never in and they promised they would call me back. Almost 3 weeks later I haven't heard from the manager. I disputed the charge with bank. So awful, do not stay here. Honestly, I cannot believe they are operating. Gross."

"This staff was absolutely incredible! Very clean, housekeeping was fantastic. The manager, Jessica, was an absolute gem and helped us with an on the fly hotel switch and she was so welcoming and extremely accommodating! Breakfast was fresh and very well managed considering the number of guests. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bartenders were attentive and an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this property!"
