The food was nothing short of amazing! Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I had the pleasure of being served by Domenico, our waiter, who was fabulous. His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the guests and took pride in his work. The overall ambiance of the hotel was comfortable and inviting, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar—great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Rome. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked beautiful and will definitely be on our list for next time.
