"To say the hotel is outdated is an understatement. The room itself was definitely moldy. You could literally smell it and it only got worse after going out for fresh air and coming back in. Not sure if there was or is water damage in the building that cause it but it was horrible. We had to open our window practically our entire stay. We coughed all through the night from the dust and mold in the room. I’m not sure how this hotel passes inspection and health regulations, genuinely. My partner and I are not at all picky people, so for us to share these sentiments, you know it was really bad. If you can avoid staying here, please do. Even for one night. The owners need to take pride in their establishment and give the hotel the care and remodel that it desperately needs."

"I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable and unsafe conditions I experienced during my recent stay at the Miami International Airport Hotel. Bathroom: There was an obvious burn mark on the toilet seat—consistent with damage from a pipe—which is both unsanitary and completely unacceptable. Hotel Conditions: The hallways were dirty, dim, and lit with harsh neon lighting that created an unsafe and unsettling environment. Safety Concern: A visibly intoxicated guest aggressively attempted to open my room door, cursing and shaking the doorknob because his key wasn’t working. I did not open the door for my safety. He eventually realized he was on the wrong floor, but the incident was frightening and showed a lack of security oversight. To make matters worse, the front desk provided no meaningful assistance throughout any of this. Given these conditions and the lack of support from hotel staff, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. This experience was far below acceptable standards, and I will not be staying at this property again. Please confirm when the refund will be processed."

"Everything is fine with the hotel. The only downside is that the listing says the year is unavailable, and it's unclear whether it's covered or not. The notification should state whether it's included or not, or at least include the rate, since many guests want this as a convenience and avoid confusion. Paying $27 for eggs and bacon seems ridiculous to me."
