"The facility is outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture, lamps, and bathroom require repairs, and I observed that many fixtures are heavily rusted. I do not recommend this facility. "

"The staff was great, very friendly. The hotel is old but fairly clean. Not a whole lot of things to do around it or restaurants. "

The notification should state whether it's included or not, or at least include the rate, since many guests want this as a convenience and avoid confusion. Paying $27 for eggs and bacon seems ridiculous to me."

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was corroded, and if I had had a cut on the piano, I could have bathed there because of the corrosion and the risk of infection. There wasn't dust everywhere. It's clear the door was forced open before, which makes it seem unsafe. The elevators are also in pretty bad shape. It looks like they haven't been maintained."
