Without exception, the staff were kind, friendly and efficient - especially Francesco in the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was also good; prompt service and very tasty. The hotel is approx 10mins walk from the Duomo complex so for us, it was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
