"The room and grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast was great and the staff incredibly kind. Eduardo went above and beyond to help us when it looked like we might not make it to our excursion, absolutely saving the day. The location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and even as a solo mom and her kiddo, we felt safe. We are so happy to have found this gem and look forward to staying again! "

"The staff are all fabulous and communication with them is incredibly easy. I recommend downloading what’s app before you arrive as that is how they communicate with guests. Check in was easy, I was given a brief tour of the property and sent a welcome message with attachments outlining all the services offered. The spa services were beautiful and relaxing and the drinks at the attached cafe are excellent. I can’t speak on the food as I was not able to eat much due to dental procedures. The outdoor spaces are clean and offer a peaceful environment. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The area is walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. "

"Everything was nice but the rules posted all over the walls did not help. Lots of patrons storing and drinking their own alcohol in the Kitchen refrigerator and area no matter all the signs expressly forbidding that. It wasn’t that big of a deal but seemed strange to have people openly flaunting the rules. "

" It was a great stay in Eden Suites in Puerto Cancun. Host Gerardo was super helpful, he upgraded the room with no charge. The building and what’s around on a good level. I reccomend this place."
