"Property grounds were well maintained. Room had to be changed due to the first room swim out pool was not clean. Room had a lot of mosquitoes every night which was a problem. I think this is due to cleaning staff leaving doors and outdoor sliders open while they cleaned. Staff - Andy at Expedia Conceirge was great in helping us navigate that and any questions we had. Jorge and Leydi at the pool area for drinks were amazing their service was great. Food was ok - best restaurants was Italian and Japanese. "

"Terrific stay. The staff is numerous and welcoming, ready to help you with anything you need. Just decline the timeshare presentation offer and not your stay. Excellent food, perfect facilities....we couldn't even hear the construction next door. Will stay here next year. "

"Reserve a dinner restaurant as soon as you check in because reservations fill up fast. In our case, everything was already booked 4 days in advance, so we ended up eating dinner at the buffet for the rest of our stay. The line gets pretty long since the buffet area is small. On the bright side, the rooms are clean—but the staff can be a bit hit or miss especially in the buffet area"

"Stained sheets Slow to no service Rude staff (check in, restaurants, concierge) We booked for 5 nights and had to book another resort and left after 2 nights. Shuttle we booked and paid for thru the concierge was Mercedes sprinter and they gave us a regular van"

"Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !"

"The resort property is fine. Plenty of pools and such. The problem is the restaurants. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity - do not go to this resort. We left 2 days early because I was constantly getting dishes with gluten in them - and sick much of the next morning. You can't get reservations in the nicer, non-buffet restaurants. I think those all go to the Platinum guests & their members. We checked every day - and several times for just 2 people. Those have menu items that are notes as GF - nut I am not sure if they understand GF, as they had an item noted as GF, and it was made with Couscous - which is 100% wheat... I may have done better at those. but the buffets are so busy - super long lines to get a table, and then the language barrier - so I was just guessing what was safe. "
