It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool.

Incredibly disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, despite having a confirmed booking they didn’t have enough room for our entire stay. Housekeeping didn’t visit our rooms unless specifically asked, building works going on at all hours, transfers given away, and awful communication. The staff was nice but unable to help at most occasions, due to poor management. I would not stay here again and would urge other to never stay here to avoid stress and disappointment.

The property is very nice, but has potential to be better. It needs a western manager to come in and take over operations for a little while to increase efficiency of the staff as well as the training of the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but just didn’t seem to have the training to know how to make the operation run smoothly, and to help generate more income for the hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff to accommodate your needs. Free shuttle to shopping and the airport is convenient. The beach areas are far away and need transportation to.

What I loved the most about the hotel was it’s beautiful scenery! Mountains, ocean and flowers, a real paradise. My only recommendation would be to add more comfortable seating options in the room and outdoors so it’s possible to sit and relax with a book. Amazing service, curious and would definitely recommend.

Lovely place
We stayed for two days before heading to El Nido and after a long trip, this was a beautiful escape to wake up in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and lovely. The pool was great. The restaurant with our morning breakfast and dinners was great and I would 100% recommend staying here.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. There was onsite parking. Would have liked a tub but you can’t have everything. 😊

2022 family vacay at Panja Resort
It's our 2nd stay at Panja Resort. We like coming back here because of its location,away from the busy city and surrounded by beautiful nature. The resort's cleanliness also attracts us to come back, clean rooms, sheets, towels, bathrooms, everything! We also love the food here because it is very delicious. Staff are excellent people, they are very accommodating, friendly and respectful. Even the owner extends his assistance when he can. We appreciate their kindness to our family, specially when they gave us complimentary hot lemon juice with honey and cookies when they fetched from a rainy trip. Moreover, we highly appreciate that they did not charge extra for our early checkin. We will surely come back Panja because we love it there😊💯💙

This place is amazing and the view is absolutely spectacular you can see the mountains on both sides of the island given the high position of the hotel and it's nice to be out of the busy city.

The views are amazing like everyone has said but the hotel is no 3.5 star , the pool is nice but limited seating , and chairs at pool are not comfortable, the beds are hard and they have no king size beds , there is no hand towels or face towels, and the bathroom sink looks like it was put together with ply wood , the carpet is dirty , and needs to cleaned or removed, the ac works well , and the fridge is nice , they have free shuttle but only to mall or airport , they need to add more places for drop offs, this hotel is far from town so or rent something or you are stuck there , there is no Uber, or grab, here in Puerto Princesa, the breakfast was terrible we had breakfast around 9:30 and it was always cold , this offer Asian breakfast mostly, and when the food is cold yuk , the have shavfing dishes but they don’t turn them on , the staff are matter of fact , there is nothing to say special, most don’t speak English and they don’t try to make you feel at home , over all lots of other places to stay this place is a miss,

We had an early flight at 7.30am. Hotel staff packed breakfast for us touched our heart! Highly recommended place. They have a nice tour office for you to select the tours you are interested.

Clean, quiet place with a nice pool. Nice views of mountains and Honda Bay.Staff are great. Food quality is sub-par to be polite. Ordered sausage alfredo and it had no parmesan cheese and was bone dry! They ran out of pizza! Burgers are big, but overcooked and dry. Not really sure what the meat is. Wish the place had microwaves so you could cook your own food. Not convienient to any shopping! But, that's why it's quiet. Not a place for children in my opinion. Nothing to do but watch TV. The so-called bar is a joke. They didn't know what a martini is! They can mostly give you straight booze only with a very limited mixed drink selection. I ordered a classic margharita that was gross looking and tasting. They used table salt to rim the glass! Hope this information helps someone.

Food was of a good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was accessible, clean and had a nice view. Room service was quick, and the rooms were kept clean. The staff made it easy to organize outings, offering plenty of options and keeping us informed as to which were the best choices. The area was somewhat remote and quiet, but the free shuttle access to town made it convenient.

I like the peace and quiet in the resort, good food with variety of choices everyday, and excellent hilot. I didnt like being asked by the male staff twice in different instances (at the bar and by the pool) "are you alone?" WTH!

Splendid palawan trip
The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our request for special meals. Rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. Food was excellent with a number of options even for vegetarians! We suggest though that whenever possible they reduce noise such as hammering in order not to disturb the guests on the lower floors.

what a beautiful hotel and great food in the restaurant. People where very nice to us in everyday. This hotel is far from the town but has a shuttle service to the mall that is very convenient. Welcome drinks where delicious and the bar 360 on the top of the hotel has awesome cocktails to try and cheap. The WIFI service is not the best, very slow and you only can use it in your room, rarely I had signal in the restaurant or pool. We stayed in room 201, A/C was not getting cold much, we didn't address this w front desk or anybody because we only stayed two nights. The refrigerator was not working either, this is a eco friendly hotel so while you are out on tours your A/C and everything inside will not work(electric), they have this key ( only one) that will turn on everything for you, but if you are out everything is off. THE SPA WAS AMAZING! AND great price! great for couples, great for dinner Than you Panja

Dear Anonymous, We truly appreciate your review and everyone in the team is delighted. We take pride in our location being on the hilltop overlooking the magnificent view of Honda Bay. We are away from the noise of the city center but just 10 or so minutes from the nearest mall. We do try our best to provide the best in terms of our restaurant - food and service. So far so good. We apologize for the WIFI as in the case here in the Philippines, it is a very challenging issue although we have a plan 500Mbps. We hope you advised us with the Aircondition and the refrigerator, it could have been due to the adjustment with the temperature and some other issue but it does work fine. We are trying our best to support the environmental cause as we believe we share that responsibility. Our PRANA Spa always has a great feedback as we have experienced therapists. Thanks and we hope to see you again very soon as we continue to improve our services and facilities
