"The resort was great. Staff are very professional and recommend places if you ask. The beach, restaurants and 24/7 supermarket within walking distance. The only con is on the floor I stood at, the bedroom and the closet smelled like muggy and damp clothes. I bought a plug in air freshener for the smell. "

"We loved the overall setup. We stayed in the Brizas section, which is in need of renovation and, fortunately, scheduled for updates. Next time, we’ll most likely stay in the Vistas. The check-in process took far too long—about an hour and a half—which was definitely a drawback. One night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. with no explanation or guidance from the staff, and repeated attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. Needless to say, my wife was quite shaken by the experience."
