The hotel is well designed but needs some refreshing. Carpeting needs replacing everywhere and the chippy painted tile in the spa showers made it look gross. However: staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Worst hotel experience ever
It was an absolutely horrible experience. From the point of check in until our voluntary early departure, we never felt welcomed, appreciated, safe, or any friendly nature del any of the staff. The rooms are not as advertised both size and view wise. The keyed my car and overall I say STAY away from this place.

Very friendly staff, they gave us good guidance about what to do. Very clean and close to the center of Puerto Varas. Sadly the access to the backyard was not open I guess because of the season. I enjoyed reading the poems in the walls.

The Hotel was nice, and the staff super helpful. The rooms, corridors and façade of the building could use a renovation. I couldn’t believe that the Tv at our rooms was so old (20 years ) and that the AC system wasn’t working properly for a hotel in this price range. These details didn’t take away from our experience, thanks to the dedicated staff. I would come back.

Great location and hotel is in great condition but cheaper rooms overlook the drive and it is very noisy. Food is ok but go out. My only issue no air con & hot . They have portable but they sound like a jet plane raking off in your room

Exceeded our Expectations!
Enjoy Puerto Varas is a beautifully designed hotel perfect for couples, business travelers or solo travelers. Both the common areas and private rooms are extremely spacious and the furnishings are dreamy. Service was excellent, as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and gym/spa facilities.

Beautiful area
I wanted to fly fish and Donna wanted to shop andsight see. We bought had a great time in a beautiful area. The lake with volcano in background is beautiful. The hotel upgraded us to a big room with a great view and a really cool bathroom. The hotel is older but very well maintained and the staff was very nice. Close enough to town to walk although coming back up from town was a little of a hike. Need to be close because Puerto Varas is a very cool little town with great restaurants; there is NO parking available. Great place to visit and great trip

Nice views and large rooms and up u til the 3rd night service was good. Unfortunately on our third night there was a big noisy private party in the area just beneath our room. We were told it would be over at 11:30 pm. We called at 12:15 and they said it would be over soon. We called again at 1:30 and complained. The party finally ended at 2:30 am so we could finally go to sleep. When we complained the next morning at check out the clerk was sympathetic and said we should speak with the manager. The manager wouldn’t look at us and told the desk clerk in Spanish that we were “liars”, saying the party was ndedat 11:30, even though she had t been on duty. We tried to be polite to her but she just told the desk clerk to get rid of us. She didn’t know that my wife and I both speak Spanish. Nice hotel but rude and terrible manager. Until they get rid of that type of manager we could not recommend. All we wanted was an apology

The location is amazing, the room are beautiful and comfortable. I would return to this hotel anytime. The only thing that could be improved is the Gym hours. Opening at 8AM is not acceptable for those on a business trip and needed to exercise in the morning.

Hotel is in a nice spot overlooking Puerto Varas, short (uphill) walk from the town center. My room and bathroom were very large and nicely done in a modern style present throughout the hotel. Not speaking Spanish can be a problem with the staff, although they do make an effort to find staff members who speak English (but they are not always around).

You must stay in this hotel, excelent!
Amazing hotel. Large rooms, clean, beautifull inside, excelent service and so inexpensive!!! So far it is the best hotel we have been in Chile for the cheapest price!

a great hotel in Puierto Varas
Great stay in the Enjoy Puerto Varas. Excellent rooms, great pool/spa and good breakfast. Staff all very nice; not many speak English though even on the front desk. The hotel was designed to be a casino when it was built so it has huge public areas with lots of places to sit and hang out. Very nice bar with big central open fire. Breakfast is buffet style and was very high quality with a good choice. Amazing views over the lake from the massive terraces. The spa is also a nice feature and has two jacuzzis, a sauna and quite a small pool. It also has a gym with a good range of cardio machines and free weights

Awesome stay.
It was amazing. Beautiful property with the largest bedroom and bath ever. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent food and just great all around. Dim hallways may be difficult for some. But it's done on purpose with poetry written on the walls.

Great location and service was excellent. I needed some help with electrical plug in and the desk Associate was very kind to give me an adapter for my stay. Overall, excellent stay.

Classic Puerto Varas hotel in mint condition
I ended up in this hotel misled by its name, thinking it was the one hosting the casino. It was a fortunate mistake. I had not been here for several years and under a new name, the hotel still is in great condition and the rooms and spa are spacious and confortable. I was offered an upgrade at no cost so I got a beautiful master room with a great view of the magnificent Llanquihue Lake. Will come back soon!

Great hotel in good location
We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff made every effort to make us welcome and had good English skills and we were able to communicate with my very limited Spanish as well. The hotel is very well kept with a lovely pool and terrace area over looking the lake. Our room was airy and comfortable, we did not have air conditioning but could open windows and was fine. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot and the towels were big and fluffy - what more do you need. The position of the hotel was easy walking to the main area of Puerto Varas and we borrowed bikes from the hotel to go a bit further. All in all a really good hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, spa in need of upgrade.
The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast and lounge areas on the main floor, as well as the room, were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the Spa is in serious need of renovations. It is so musty and run-down I actually canceled a massage for my husband after having one myself. While the massage itself was excellent, the environment and towels smelled of mold and the hot tub and pool area were in need of upgrades.

Hotel overlooking lake and volcanoes
One week of a very pleasant relaxed stay in a well run hotel. Lovely room overlooking the lake. Rooms are big but comfortable. Good ambiance in bar on cold fall evenings with a large fireplace in centre of room. Attentive staff.
