more modern and better than on the pictures
Overall stay was ok (big room, clean, on-site parking, ...), although King size bed misses extra pillows to watch TV on the bed. Toilet is not japanese style and without toilet shower... Hotel was almost empty but we were located at the wing far edge (afraid of COVID 19?).

Great choice in Puli
It was a great trip. The room was quite clean and even have extra disinfectant to use. Staff was quite responsive when we asked for extra blanket. Definitely try to book one of the room with parking which provides incredible convenience.

A mix of hotel & motel feel... Not for business..
Shower head was loose and water just shoot out accidentally from time to time. Need repair. Friendly staff but site more like a mix of hotel/motel. Personally prefer minimalist design.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Super friendly staff with aids for late check in. Would recommend to stay in Nantou.

We didn't want to leave!!!
The moment my friends and I stepped into our respective rooms, we immediately messaged each other saying that we didn't want to leave the room, ever! We loved everything about it, the luxurious bathtub with HD TV and English channels, the huge lounge chair where we could relax and enjoy our view of the mountains, the large room size. And as I was travelling with a toddler, I enquired about ordering porridge for my child's dinner as we checked in around 6+pm. The staff said they didn't have that on the menu but could prepare porridge for me and asked me what ingredients I wanted in it. They proceeded to deliver a large bowl of salmon and egg porridge shortly after my enquiry! And they didn't charge for me even though I wanted to settle the bill for it when I was checking out. The hotel is also within walking distance to Carrefour, or you could borrow the bicycles from the hotel to go for a grocery run. I am definitely coming back to this hotel when we visit Nantou County again.

A surprisingly beautiful hotel in a small town
It was the first time we went to Puli, a small town in Taiwan when compared to Taipei. So a good hotel with a comfortable bed was all we expected. But the Puli hotel far exceeded our expectation. Will come back to this great hotel when we go to Puli again.

Luxurious, comfortable, clean.
Very comfortable, luxurious and clean place. The Minibar with a set of snacks and sodas is included in the price, which is a plus. On the corridor is a water fountain that provides even sparkling water. The room has all the luxury, even a TV in front of the large bathtub. Funny detail, though: the mirror light in the bathroom is operated from the bedside. We liked also the family floor, which offers a playroom for small kids, a multipurpose room for older kids and a gaming area with basketball station and Nintento Switch. The staff was very helpful and efficient.
