"Very good hotel, i ll be back."

"We were not aware that from 11am to 7pm that techno music would be pounding on the beach. It was not contained. When we were in our room for a mid-day relaxation break, it was very loud. Not the relaxing time we hoped for. It’s nice to be able to hear the ocean, especially when the waves are crashing. No such luck for 8 hours per day. "

"Oceanfront room was EVERYTHING! Sitting on the veranda in the mornings and evenings listening to the ocean was blissful. The pool was cool but not cold and the waterfall made the whole experience more refreshing. Lovely beach, clean rooms, friendly staff. Restaurant service was a bit slow but very friendly and accommodating. Food was good—highly recommend the Caribbean Salad. Ask for low salt—chicken was VERY salty but I noticed this everywhere in Tulum."

"Nice place but food and drinks expensive. Also spa expensive. Usually anywhere I stay in area you get 20 percent off food and drinks and spa for staying at hotel."

"Staff was not very friendly, didn’t give me info about property or food accommodations even though it said breakfast included so I sat for over an hour to be told oh it doesn’t start till 9:30am then at 9:30 am still no one which after a day of travel I was starving and needed coffee. Considering I booked this stay due to breakfast being ready and not having it after an awful check in, random people knocking at my door at midnight, I could hear the couple in the room next door having sex because it’s a shipping container not a hotel so the walls don’t reach the ceilings, and there was sand in my bed before I even went near sand so the sheets didn’t feel clean and there was no attempt to solve the problem I was having with the hotel. I don’t typically leave reviews but I’ve never had a worse experience in my 10 years of solo traveling. "
