"The hospitality industry is rooted in intention and defined by genuine, person-to-person connection. Upon my husband’s and my arrival, both associates at the check-in desk appeared to be engaged in a disagreement, and their rude demeanor toward one another was immediately apparent. This interaction set an uncomfortable tone from the outset and reflected poorly on the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, neither interaction demonstrated the level of warmth or professionalism one would expect. The young woman with long brown hair came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, while the associate who ultimately checked us in delivered a noticeably transactional and impersonal experience. As first-time guests, this initial interaction was disappointing and left a lasting impression. Regrettably, it has led us to conclude that this will also be our last visit."

However, the hotel felt dingy, dirty unvacuumed carpets, partial opened coffee accessories in my room, walk-in shower that flooded 1/3 of the bathroom floor (dangerous for slipping!), no one straightened or cleaned my room on the 2nd day and there is no free WiFi. "
