City Sightseeing LA & Hollywood: Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour - 4 Routes
"Room could be maintained/serviced better. Shower was stopped up and water pressure was low in shower. Bathroom shower mats were worn down when we put it down in the shower and tried to change the position the suction cups came right off the mat. Room facing the roadway was very loud - extremely. Window quality poor on street facing windows.
Stayed at this property several years ago before remodel and now after and it feels like remodel of rooms unfortunately cut a lot of corners/used poor...
"Highly recommended. Upon our late check in we were greeted nice and offered waters. Check in was fast. We got late check in. Valet parking was $45. Close to the pier. Definitely booking again."
"We have stayed at this hotel years ago. We were looking forward to staying again.
However. We had a robe left in our room from the traveler before. Our waters were not restocked nor were the Q-tip and vanity items. I think it was truly missed by house keeping. The bed and towels were cleaned so we didn't make a fuss"
